1. Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Local Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • International Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or courier issues.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The item does not match the description

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or defective items (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
